We are keeping a close watch on current advice from NHS and Government, and if the situation changes we will post a notice here on the website.

We are keeping class sizes to a maximum of 8 so please either call/text or email to let know you are coming. If you reserve a place please do come or cancel if plans change. Arrive in good time.
We are doing everything we can to maintain excellent standards of cleanliness at the studio. To help us maintain this standard, would all attendees please adhere to the following requests.
Do not come to classes if you are feeling unwell or you have recently returned from any of the main affected.
Please bring your own mat, blankets, head rests where ever possible. If not, then please bring a small towel to put over any equipment belonging to the studio that you use.
Please bring your own hand gel and use before you start class and when you finish. If not possible please wash your hands in the wash basin.
Please bring your own water bottle or drink – we have removed cups and mugs.
Please use tissues for sneezes and coughs, and wash your hands with gel or with soap and water.
Please keep mindful and aware of anything you, personally, can do to help prevent the spread of this very serious virus.
Combining different techniques including gentle movement, pranayama, moving meditation, concentration and mindfulness to bring back a sense of peace to Mind and Body.
I will also use the healing sounds of the Gong and Sing bowls to help tune out the everyday sounds and inducing a sense of peacefulness and a place of deep relaxation.

Sound Immersion and Restorative yoga
Join me in a Sound Immersion practice with Meditative Gong Bath and Restorative Yoga.
We will dive deep into the art of transformational rest carried by the sounds of Gong, Singing Bowls and drum to tap into acceptance, completeness and peace.
Sound Immersion practices are like a sound massage for the body and mind. Sound healing practices use vibrational sound and frequency to help reduce stress, alter consciousness and create a deep sense of peace and wellbeing.
To greater amplify the healing effectiveness of a Gong Bath we will use Restorative yoga posses to add a deeper level of relaxation and release. taking an opportunity to slow down and allow yourself to calm the body and mind.
Gently guided through each posture taking you on a journey that soothes the body and calms the mind. To enhance the experience through sound and vibration.
