Combining different techniques including gentle movement, pranayama, moving meditation, concentration and mindfulness to bring back a sense of peace to Mind and Body.

I will also use the healing sounds of the Gong and Sing bowls to help tune out the everyday sounds and inducing a sense of peacefulness and a place of deep relaxation.
